Once you receive your order, please check all items carefully. Please note that we do not accept claims for minor factory imperfections, such as small paint dots, slight stains, uneven coloring, or other minor marks that may occur during production. For any missing, incorrect, or damaged items, please record a full unboxing video from the moment you open the parcel. The video must clearly show the unopened package and the entire unboxing process. Claims without a complete unboxing video will not be accepted.
